Balance sorter
Balance the beam, roll each ball to its colour.
Balls drop onto a see-saw beam in a sunlit meadow. Slide to tilt it and roll each one off the end that matches its colour: pink left, blue right, while green ones need you to hold dead level so they fall through the centre slot. Miss and it tumbles into the spikes.

Balls drop one at a time onto a see-saw beam in a meadow, and you tilt the beam with drag or the left and right keys to roll each one off the correct end. Pink goes left, blue goes right. Green is the interesting one: it has to fall through a slot in the centre, which means holding the beam genuinely level rather than tilting at all, and doing that while a ball is already rolling is the game's real skill. Anything that leaves the wrong way, or rolls off before you have committed, lands in the spikes below. The balls keep coming and the interval shortens, so the difficulty is in switching between three different intentions quickly.
Tilt Sort - written TiltSort about as often as Tilt Sort - is a sorting game where the sorting mechanism is a physics object you have to control, which is what makes something conceptually trivial actually difficult. Colour-matching is not the challenge; the challenge is that your only tool is a balanced beam with momentum, and every action you take to solve the current ball puts the beam in the wrong state for the next one. The green-ball rule is the design's sharpest idea: introducing a colour that requires no tilt turns 'do nothing' into an active, difficult input, and it means the three cases genuinely require three different skills rather than two mirror images. Sunlit meadow, clean shapes, and a rising tempo.
Sorting by colour until every container holds one - that is the genre. Tilt Sort takes out the pouring and puts in physics: you tilt a beam and the balls roll, so the order they arrive in is a consequence of the angle rather than a move you chose. It is the same satisfaction with a different skill underneath.
